When will my photos be available to view and purchase?

3-5 days after your photoshoot. We take a personal approach to all our images by editing them one by one in-house so that you get the very best photographs.

Can I pick the image for the package that the league is providing?

No, Custom Sports Photography will pick the best image for both the team and individual photo.

Do I need to do anything to order the league package?

You do not need to do anything to order the package or pick the image. It is taken care of by Custom Sports photography. The packages will be delivered to the league and they will pass them out to the coaches.

How do I purchase an AdvancePay credit? (Prepay)

With your access code, You can access your gallery two different ways:

• Visit my.photoday.com on your mobile or desktop web browser and enter your access code
• Text your access code to 90738

Once you’re in the gallery, you will see the option to purchase AdvancePay credits. After purchasing a credit, you will receive an email receipt.

How do I use my AdvancePay credit?

During step 3 of the checkout process, you will enter the phone number used to purchase AdvancePay. A verification code will be sent to your phone via text message. Once you confirm the verification code your AdvancePay credit will be applied.

Do AdvancePay credits expire?

Yes. The AdvancePay credits expire 14 months after the purchase date, so be sure to order when the time comes.

If all I want is the league package, Do I have to prepay (purchase advance pay)?

You do not have to pay anything in advance. We will deliver the packages approx. 2-3 weeks after the photo shoot. The packages will be delivered by the league to the coach.

How do I access my Photo Day gallery?

Option 1: Text your access code to 90738 to get a link to your gallery and view on your mobile phone.

Option 2: Got to my.photoday.com in any browser (mobile phone or desktop computer), create an account, and enter your access code.

90738 is PhotoDay's short code. If you've never texted a short code before, there's nothing to fear! The process is the same as sending a text to a standard phone number, with no additional charges or fees incurred.
